Esta muy cerca de la muralla de la medina. El personal muy amable y servicial. El hotel comodo, lujoso. Parking gratis.

Lo unico, que las cortinas estaban sucias y habia poca luz en la habitacion. El desayuno no esta incluido.

We found many members of staff extremely courteous and helpful. The amenities were excellent, but I feel if you are staying in such a hotel the spa should be accessible without additional cost. The breakfast was copious and delicious, with friendly helpful staff who served coffee and tea in record time. The pool area was well organised, and the pool temperature, though quite "fresh" was perfect.

One or two more senior staff members were impolite in the extreme. This I had been warned about and was disappointed that it still existed, because it undermines the enormous effort made by the rest of the very endearing employees. However one has to imagine that all the guests are not perfect "angels" either!!!
