This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had.2.5 hours at the agency to pick up a car that I preordered online. Building was not air conditioned, no process followed, 2 agents with over 20 people in line, no one to bring cars or demonstrate basic use, cars just left running in the lot, no one to answer questions, wrong car was given. The online booking process was horrible. The onsite agency was short staffed, rude and took 2+ hours to release a pre booked car. The site had no air conditioning and I was 30th inline on arrival. There was no one to demonstrate the car electronics and contols including GPS, radio, windshield wipers and flashers. No one told me my rental car was ready, it was left running in the parking lot for 30 minutes while I stood outside waiting for it to arrive.Opinión del 22 may. 2023

Never again - is the only rental company that does require you.to see 2 ID incl passport, does a soft credit check, wanted to see my incoming and departing flight Information and so on Words then the immigration authorities just to grt a car - thanks bit others like Budget are much easier and customer friendlyOpinión del 30 abr. 2023

We waited in line 2 hours to get to an agent. Then waited another 20 minutes to get the car. I paid for it in advance, but there was no honoring the reservations we have first. I’ve never seen anything like this- truly unreal.Opinión del 24 abr. 2023

After confirming the rental/putting through the payment, the price was "adjusted" to add $40. When I got to pick up the car, it turns out the cost had actually doubled from $200 to $400ish, with an additional $200 charge that would be refunded. So I had to hand over 3x as much money as they said I would. Obviously, I didn't have a choice. Felt like highway robbery. Disgusting.Opinión del 9 mar. 2023

I had no experience with Thrifty, because when I got to the airport to pick up the car that was supposedly reserved for me, there was no car. I was left stranded No thanks. Never again.Opinión del 28 dic. 2022

Good vehicle. Clean and new. However, the Thrifty shuttle service needs major work. Understaffed and slow. Never saw a shuttle at pickup. Hitched a ride with a different agency and then walked to Thrifty. Also very slow to get us back to the airport after drop-off.Opinión del 22 nov. 2022

30 people waiting in line with 2 staff members.Had to leave as to not miss my appt.Came to try pickup on another day and they cancelled reservation,charged me and would not help me get another car.The manager told me to do another reservation online and pay again full price.Opinión del 19 nov. 2022
