The Thrifty line at pickup was too long and slow. We were on line for close to an hour before we got to the desk.Opinión del 3 may. 2022

Had to wait over an hour in line to check in. They only had two people working and there was a very long line. When I finally spoke to a rep I was told it was going to be another hour to get my car since they did not have one in the type that I ordered. I ordered a wildcard which is basically dealers choice. After I expressed my displeasure in having to wait another hour they finally gave me a truck to rent. Unlikely to use them again. Saving a couple of bucks with them was not worth the hassle.Opinión del 9 abr. 2022

Huge wait to get the car. Only 2 staff working. Once we got the car, we pulled out and it was defective. Had to go back and get another car. So the first part was frustrating. Once we left, car was great, and drop off was easy.Opinión del 3 abr. 2022

Car was extremely dirty. Paid way too much compared to other sites. Was charged additional fees without being told. Put reservation under my name and wasn’t able to change to my husbands name. I do not drive in the USA. Again paid extra. Terrible customer service when I called to rectify charges. Never again!Opinión del 17 mar. 2022

Old fashioned pressure to buy more of everything beyond needed and what was contracted. A long walk. Friendly though.Opinión del 15 mar. 2022

After being in the airport all day and being forced to wait to 2 days for our next flight we booked a rental car with thrifty. Got to the rental place the line had 15 people in it with one person at the desk. Each person took roughly 20 mins to get in. We ended up not going with thrifty and instead used Avis. It would have taken 3-5 hours to get to the front desk at thrifty had we waited. Avis was great.Opinión del 14 mar. 2022

We waited in line for 2 hours and then they said it would be another 2 hours to get the car! So we left. Worst place ever.Opinión del 27 feb. 2022

The line at pickup was unacceptably long - a full hour. Completely understaffed, and the agents at the counter were understable grumpy The car and the drop off were goodOpinión del 24 feb. 2022
