REALMENTE ME SIENTO ESTAFADO. EN PRIMER LUGAR, CUANDO RESERVÉ EL CARRO LA PÁGINA NO ME PERMITIÓ RENTAR JUNTO CON EL VALOR DEL VEHÍCULO EL SEGURO DEL MISMO (COMO ES MI COSTUMBRE), EL COSTO DEL ALQUILER DEL VEHÍCULO FUE $417. PERO CUANDO ME ACERQUÉ A RETIRAR EL CARRO EN EL COUNTER ME COBRARÓN $967 POR SEGUROS, ES DECIR MAS DEL DOBLE DEL COSTO DEL ALQUILER. SEGUN LA PERSONA DEL COUNTER "SIEMPRE" AL ALQUILAR UN VEHÍCULO EL SEGURO ES MUCHO MÁS CARO QUE EL VALOR DEL ALQUILER???!!! ADICIONALMENTE,, YO PAGUE POR UN CARRO FORD TRANSIT (O SIMILAR) Y ME DIERON UN TOYOTA SIENNA QUE ES UN CARRO BASTANTE MAS PEQUEÑO. Awful pick up experience. Reserved car for pickup at 12pm, arrived at check in desk at 11:15am as I wanted to ensure I picked up the car on time. Waited in the queue for over an hour to be seen, whereupon I was told I would need to wait over an hour to get my car. All told, I left with the car at 3:30pm, three and a half hours after my scheduled pick up time!!! The car itself was fine but the pick up experience was horrendous and over booked. I didn't like that the person at the counter lied to me to get me to change my reservation to a larger car and to get me to purchase extra insurance and to get me to pay for tolls for bridges that I wasn't even going to drive on.Opinión del 19 ago. 2023

They have an average 2-3 hour wait time to pick up a car you reserved. They charged us an extra driver fee even though we are married and they are not supposed to do that in California, then refused to reverse it. By far the worst rental experience I have ever had and I will never rent from them again.Opinión del 16 ago. 2023

The drop off was excellent. The pick up was TERRIBLE. The attendant LIED to me about state law requiring me to buy extra liability insurance over and above what i had through my credit card. Kept spinning me a bunch of bullshit. Hopefully i got that resolved when I returned the vehicle. Extremely slow pickup process. There has to be a better wayOpinión del 17 jul. 2023

Despite filling out the forms a day in advance, there were no cars to rent when I arrived at the counter. I was told it would be a two hour wait. And because we were traveling with children, we needed a car immediately so we had to rent from another vendor and they cost twice as much as the reservation that was made weeks in advance. The line for pickup was at least 3 hours. I waited in line for over 2 hours just to get to the counter. At the counter I was told it could take another to get a car. Other people waited for over 3 hours. I cancelled the reservation in the end and did not rent from them. This was at SFO early afternoon mid weekOpinión del 26 jun. 2023
